Breakfast basket in the apartment
For breakfast, we offer a breakfast basket delivered directly to your apartment, at the price of € 10 per person. The basket includes: tea, coffee, croissants, homemade cakes, fruit yoghurt, cereals, milk, fruit juice, bread, cold cuts and cheeses, Nutella, jam, eggs and fresh fruit. Advance booking is required.
Breakfast at Hotel Miramonti
Alternatively, you can have a buffet breakfast with table service at Hotel Resort & Spa Miramonti, 500m from the apartment, at the special price of € 8.00 per person. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00. Breakfast service is available every day, no reservation is necessary.
Our infinity pool with panoramic view is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00.
For your safety, we disinfect sunbeds after each use, so we ask you to leave your sun lounger open after use so we know it needs to be cleaned and disinfected. When you find the sunbed closed, it is clean and you can use it.
Rules
We kindly ask you to respect these rules:
- Children up to 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult.
- For safety reasons, inflatable mattresses and life rings may not be used (water flows continuously towards the overflow and there is a risk of capsizing)
- Smoking is not allowed near the sunbeds, we kindly ask you to move away from the pool area to smoke (we will set up a smoking area shortly).
- If you would like to invite someone to spend the day in the pool with you, please check our availability first. There is an extra charge of € 10.00 per person per day.
- If you would like to spend a day at the pool after check-out, there is an extra charge of € 10.00 per person. A service bathroom with shower is available to freshen up before departure.
Relaxing bath
Here are some tips for using your whirlpool bath:
- Fill the bathtub up to the "MAX" mark. Exceeding the "MAX" level may damage the tub.
- If you would like to create a romantic atmosphere with candles, please place a plate underneath to avoid placing them directly on the tub edge, floor or furniture.
- We kindly ask you to open the windows and ventilate the room after your bath.

Smoking is not allowed inside the flat. You will find a comfortable smoking area on the balcony with an ashtray.
If you smoke in the flat, you will be charged a supplement of € 50,00 for additional cleaning and washing curtains / sofa.

We are pleased to recommend Ristorante Gritti, run by our family, where you can enjoy local cuisine in a cosy atmosphere with a panoramic view. Free delivery service to your flat.
Pizzeria Pina, also run by us, is open on Saturdays and Sundays (July and August every day) and offers a wide selection of pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven. Free delivery service to your flat.

Outside in the garden you will find a comfortable barbecue area for your open-air dinners. The use of the barbecue is subject to an extra charge of € 10.00 and includes: charcoal, fire starter, barbecue utensils and cleaning of the grill. Advance booking is always recommended.

We kindly ask you to recycle:

The rubbish bins are located on the terrace in front of the old yellow house.
Apartments "Nido" and "Quadrifoglio": unfortunately, in these flats, for reasons of limited space, we have not been able to put rubbish bins for all types of waste, but we invite you in any case to separate waste (you can put bottles or pizza boxes next to the dustbins or on the balcony). We thank you for your cooperation.
Check-out is at 10:00.
Late check-out is subject to a surcharge and availability.
On departure, we kindly ask you to leave the key on the dining table.
