Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm. We will send you self check-in instructions the day before your scheduled arrival.
Check-out is until 10:00.
Early check-in at 1:00 PM and late check-out at 12:00 PM are subject to availability and incur a €15.00 surcharge. Please contact us if you are interested.
Infinity pool with panoramic view
Our heated infinity pool awaits you for a few days of purerelaxation. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and we guarantee sun loungers and parasols for all guests. Pool towels are provided.
The pool is shared with other guests staying at our vacation home.
Access to the pool is included for the entire day of arrival (even before check-in time), but if you wish to stay after check-out, there is an additional charge of €20 per person.
The pool is seasonal and will be heated from May 15 to September 20, 2026.
Breakfast
Italian Breakfast / €25 per couple
The basket includes: fragrant freshly baked brioches, toast, rolls, jams, Nutella and butter, homemade cakes, white yogurt with honey and crunchy muesli, whole milk, orange juice, tea, coffee.
Continental Breakfast / €25 per couple
The basket includes: fragrant freshly baked croissants, toast, rolls, jams, Nutella, butter, scrambled eggs, cold cuts and local cheeses, whole milk, orange juice, tea, coffee.
The basket is delivered directly to your apartment at a time of your choice between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m.
Breakfast must be booked in advance, by 9:00 PM the evening before.
Private Spa in the garden
Finnish sauna (85°C) with panoramic view and outdoor hot tub (39°C), relaxation area with armchairs and herbal tea corner. Sauna set with towel, bathrobe and slippers provided.
Access to the Private Spa is by reservation, and the entire spa area is reserved just for you.
- 2-hour access / $65 per couple
- 2-hour access with fresh fruit platter and bottle of sparkling wine/€95 per couple
- 3-hour access with a 25-minute relaxing massage for two people / €145 per couple
- 3-hour access with a 55-minute relaxing massage for two people / €185 per couple
Romantic Escape Package
Surprise your sweetheart with romantic decoration in the room upon arrival, with rose petals, candles, bottle of prosecco and a heart-shaped bath bomb!
The "Romantic Escape" package includes:
- stay in selected apartment
- Romantic setup with rose petals and candles in the bedroom upon your arrival
- a bottle of Ferghettina Franciacorta (0.375l) to toast your love
- a heart-shaped bath bomb with rose essential oil for a romantic and relaxing bathing ritual
Price: €45 per couple
Pets
We know that dogs (and other animals) are more than just pets; they are part of the family and are welcome at Rota Apartments. We require a one-time fee of €25 per stay ( with a maximum of two animals per apartment). This supplement is intended for additional final cleaning and does not include insurance in the event of damage to the property or other guests at the facility.
Restaurant Gritti - Pizzeria Pina
The Gritti Restaurant, 500 meters from the vacation home, is run by our family and welcomes you for lunch or dinner in a cozy and elegant setting with a panoramic view of the valley. Open every day.
Pizzeria Pina is open every Saturday and Sunday from Easter to late October, and every evening in July and August. Wide selection of pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven, and tables outside as well.
Both restaurants offer delivery service to your apartment.
Menus and ordering information are available in the welcome book you will find upon arrival.
