Free Wi-fi available in all apartments and common areas. High speed internet to allow smart working with video calls and streaming movies.
Kitchen
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, cookware/dishes/utensils and Lavazza coffee machine.

Transport
For the best experience, we recommend coming by car, so you can reach points of interest and supermarkets/restaurantsmore easily. We guarantee one free parking space per apartment.
Buses every hour from/to Bergamo. From Bergamo, trains to other cities and lakes. Last bus from Bergamo usually at 19:00 (Sunday at 18:00).

Breakfast
New! By popular demand, we have decided to offer a breakfast service. For a supplement of €14 per person, you can order a breakfast basket with home-made cakes, fresh and local products, for a tasty and carefree breakfast.
Gritti Restaurant
The Gritti Restaurant, 500m from the holiday home, is run by our family and awaits you for lunch or dinner, or for a sunset aperitif with a panoramic view over the valley. We also offer takeaway meals and delivery to your flat.
Linen
The reservation includes bed linen and bath towels. For longer stays, we are happy to change bed linen once a week, and bath towels twice a week.
Bathtub
All our apartments (with the exception of the "Mansarda" apartment) have a Jacuzzi for couples with chromotherapy.
Barbecue area
The use of the barbecue area incurs an extra charge of € 25.00 and includes barbecue utensils, gas, and grill cleaning.
Air Conditioning
Heating andair conditioning in all flats .
Infinity pool
Infinity pool with panoramic views is open from May to the end of September. Sun loungers and parasols are available for all guests. Access to the pool is included from check-in until check-out. We provide pool towels; we kindly ask you to bring your own slippers .
The pool is shared with all the guests of the holiday home (total 9 apartments).
Laundry
Washing machine and washing liquid available to all guests. Clothesline available in all apartments .

Booking conditions
At the time of booking we require a 35% deposit (by credit card), the remaining amount to be paid directly at the hotel.
Cancellation/modification of the booking is free of charge up to 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show (for any reason, including government restrictions), the deposit paid will be retained as a cancellation fee, and cannot be used for a future stay.
