Breakfast basket in the apartment
For breakfast, we offer a breakfast basket delivered directly to your apartment, at the price of € 10 per person. The basket includes: tea, coffee, croissants, homemade cakes, fruit yoghurt, cereals, milk, fruit juice, bread, cold cuts and cheeses, Nutella, jam, eggs and fresh fruit. Advance booking is required.
Breakfast at Hotel Miramonti
Alternatively, you can have a buffet breakfast with table service at Hotel Resort & Spa Miramonti, 50m from the flat, at the special price of € 8.00 per person. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. Breakfast service is available every day, no reservation is necessary.
Our infinity pool with panoramic views is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00. It is located 10 min on foot(2 min by car), here is the address: Via Torre 31, Rota d'Imagna. When you come the first time, we kindly ask you to call us at +39 3457950201 so we can show you everything.
For your safety, we disinfect sunbeds after each use, so we ask you to leave your sun lounger open after use so we know it needs to be cleaned and disinfected. When you find the sunbed closed, it is clean and you can use it.
Rules
We kindly ask you to respect these rules:
- Children up to 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult.
- For safety reasons, inflatable mattresses and life rings may not be used (water flows continuously towards the overflow and there is a risk of capsizing)
- Smoking is not allowed near the sunbeds, we kindly ask you to move away from the pool area to smoke (we will set up a smoking area shortly).
- If you would like to invite someone to spend the day in the pool with you, please check our availability first. There is an extra charge of € 10.00 per person per day.
- If you would like to spend a day at the pool after check-out, there is an extra charge of € 10.00 per person. A service bathroom with shower is available to freshen up before departure.
Smoking is not allowed inside the flat. You will find a comfortable smoking area on the balcony with an ashtray.
If you smoke in the flat, you will be charged a supplement of € 50,00 for additional cleaning and washing curtains / sofa.

We are pleased to recommend Ristorante Gritti, run by our family, where you can enjoy local cuisine in a cosy atmosphere with a panoramic view. Free delivery service to your flat.
Pizzeria Pina, also run by us, is open on Saturdays and Sundays (July and August every day) and offers a wide selection of pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven. Free delivery service to your flat.
