Validity. All vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Restrictions may apply during holidays, bridges and peak season.

How to book. To check availability and to make reservations, we kindly ask you to contact us via e-mail at info@rotapartments.com or via WhatsApp at +39 3457950201, stating the voucher code.

Conditions. Cancellation/modification of reservation is free of charge up to 7 days before scheduled arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the voucher will be used. The voucher is non-refundable. It cannot be used after the expiration date.
