Breakfast basket delivered to the flat at the price of € 10 per person. The basket includes: tea, coffee, croissants, homemade cakes, fruit yoghurt, cereals, milk, fruit juice, bread, cold meats and cheeses, Nutella, jam, eggs and fresh fruit in season. Advance booking is required, and you can choose your preferred time (available from 8:00 to 10:00).
Buffet breakfast at Hotel Resort & Spa Miramonti , 50m from the flat, at the special price of € 8.00 per person. Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. Breakfast service is available every day, no reservation is necessary.
The Gritti Restaurant, 50m from the holiday home, is run by our family and offers a wide choice of local dishes. We also offer take-away meals and delivery to your flat. Here is the menu.
Pizzeria Pina, also run by us, is open on Saturdays and Sundays (July and August every day) and offers a wide selection of pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven. Free delivery service to your flat. Here is the menu.
Check-out is at 10:00.
On departure we kindly ask you to leave the key in the mailbox.

Late check-out incurs an extra charge and is subject to availability.

Free Wi-fi is available in all flats and common areas. You will find the password on the dining table.
To switch on the microwave, press in this order:
1) button with the waves
2) "start" button
3) turn the wheel to set the time
4) "start" button
To switch on the hob:
1) place the pan/pan on the hob (the hob only works if there is contact with the pan/pan)
2) press the "on/off" button
3) select the hob you wish to use
4) press "+" or "-" to select the heat level
5) to switch off, you can select heat level "0" or press the "on/off" button.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat. You will find a comfortable smoking area on the balcony with an ashtray.
If you smoke in the flat, you will be charged a supplement of € 50,00 for additional cleaning and washing curtains / sofa.
There is a grocery shop here in the village, a 10-minute walk away:

Your 4-legged friends are welcome (max. 1 small/medium-sized animal per flat), and an extra € 10.00 per night will be charged for final cleaning. You will be responsible for any damage caused by your pet.
